Our service and maintenance solutions support the safe, efficient and long-term operation of care beds through preventive maintenance, technical training, flexible rental models and reliable spare parts availability.
The 24/7 online spare parts shop offers a simple and efficient way to order the right components whenever you need them - directly from the manufacturer. Our fast order processing ensures your beds are quickly back in operation. Thanks to the integrated spare parts finder, you can easily identify the required items via serial number.
Rental solutions provide an easy and flexible way to equip care facilities with modern care beds without requiring high initial investments. They ensure clear cost structures and long-term planning reliability, while allowing facilities to remain financially flexible and adapt to changing needs.
Our training programs are designed for technical staff, both with and without electrical qualifications, providing the necessary knowledge for safe handling and maintenance of medical devices. The training includes instruction on electrical safety testing in accordance with EN/IEC 62353, enabling flexible compliance with regulatory requirements for regular inspections.
Nursing and hospital beds are subjected to heavy use on a daily basis. Preventive maintenance, which identifies increased wear and tear at an early stage and thus helps avoid costly consequential damage, ensures the long-term operational readiness of your beds. This way, regular professional maintenance can extend the lifespan of your products by up to 30 %.
Choose from our service contract options based on your specific needs or contact us. We also offer safety inspections and maintenance services without a contractual commitment.
