wissner-bosserhoff receives award for highest customer satisfaction

Since 2016, the PLUS X AWARD, the world's largest innovation prize for technology, sport and lifestyle, has been honouring brands, products and companies not only with seals of quality that are deemed worthy of distinction after extensive examination by the PLUS X AWARD jurors. Especially the direct customer opinion has a strong expressiveness. For this reason, the award "Highest Customer Satisfaction" is based on surveys of consumers themselves.

This year again, the PLUS X AWARD commissioned a consumer survey from the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation in June 2020. For the best possible transparency, women and men aged between 20 and 65 years from all German states were asked which brand they were particularly satisfied with in various categories. This year, wissner-bosserhoff received the coveted award in the category of nursing beds, together with 45 brands from other categories.
