CliniCare 20+ is a bariatric mattress made of cold polyurethane foam, which is also covered with a layer of thermoelastic foam. This composition of the core, combined with profiling, ensures better distribution of pressure created beneath the patient during positioning of the bed. The mattress is wider and higher than the standard CliniCare 20 mattress.
Bariatric function of the mattress: CliniCare 20+ has greater density of the foam core than the standard CliniCare 20 mattress. Thanks to this, it ensures load capacity and maximum comfort for bariatric patients.
Seven-zone thermoelastic foam: For maximum patient comfort, the thermoelastic foam supports the patient’s entire body and forms the entire upper layer of the mattress. This layer is divided into seven zones, each of which is specifically profiled. Thanks to this design, the mattress ensures the prevention of up to fourth degree pressure ulcers.
Transport handles: The transport handles on the side of the mattress cover can be used for better handling and easier relocation of the mattress.
The mattress has a higher foam layer, making it suitable for bariatric patients and also ensures their comfort.

With correct positioning of the patient, the mattress is suitable for patients with up to a fourth degree risk of the incidence of pressure ulcers.
The total weight of the mattress is 20 kg.
Due to the higher foam layer, the mattress is suitable for bariatric patients with a maximum weight of 300 kg. Above this weight, the preventive anti-decubitus effects may be restricted, and the mattress may be deformed.
The CliniCare 20+ mattress is standardly available in the size 200x100x16 cm. Special requirements for other dimensions can be dealt with on an individual basis.
The mattress cover is made of a flexible vapour-permeable material with a concealed zip.
The mattress core consists of a double layer of foam. The lower layer is polyurethane and the upper layer is thermoelastic.
